I’m writing to share some significant news. After more than 50 years of operating Rayco Refrigeration Peterborough Limited, I have made the decision to retire. As of June 2, 2025, I have officially sold the business to Coulter Heating & Air Conditioning.

The team at Coulter Heating & Air Conditioning shares the same dedication to quality workmanship and customer service that you have come to rely on. The company is led by Laverne Coulter, a respected professional with over 40 years of experience in the HVAC industry.

I have full confidence in Laverne and his team to continue providing the high standards of service and products that Rayco customers expect and deserve.
